I would like to commend what the organisers of Amplifaya Festival are up to. The way they are organised and professional in all facets. In ChiShona we say “Zvinovengwa nemuroyi“.
Imagine these budding voices are already being treated like superstars. Having a room booked for an upcoming artist is not really common in our industry, but Amplifaya has made sure that no one comes on the day of the performance.
With many artists having to figure out how to manoeuvre on their own in our entertainment industry, earGROUND and Gateway Stream Music, the festival organisers have also made sure that the budding artists are well equipped with necessary information thats will help them do business with their music.
For the artists who are performing at the maiden event, I challenge them to set the bar high, to make the festival memorable and to make people look forward to the future editions. The ball is now in their hands.
I really wish and pray that you all come in your numbers on the 3rd of September and support these young talented artists, it’s time these NEW VOICES get AMPLIFIED.
