The rise of Zim Hip Hop superstar Holy Ten, born Mukudzeyi Chitsama has been nothing short of amazing. He has come from a mere Zim Hip Hop artist to one of the finest and most sought after artists in the country.

Samanyanga, as he likes to call himself, now boasts of a strong catalogue that is so solid he now needs to headline his own big shows.

Not only is he good at releasing good music but performances as well, his energy on stage is so good, he might be the best stage performer in the Hip Hop fraternity.

Holy always delivers a well polished act, that always leaves his fans asking for more.

The self-proclaimed father of Zim Hip Hop is notorious for controversial statements that always make him the topic of the day, and most of the times he takes advantage of the trends he set.

This year he released his music album Energy and with all the negative comments the project received, it remains one of the most streamed project in the country overall.

As expected from one of the most sought after artists, Holy Ten was featured on several music projects this year including; Nicky Genius, Kae Chaps, Leo Magozz and Natasha Muz’s albums. From all these albums, the tracks he featured are the most streamed, showing how he is now.

The Samanyanga Sounds head honcho has two music videos that was released this year and have surpassed one million views each, music video for Gamu and Too Scared.

In as much as he might be controversial, Holy Ten has remained to keep his brand clean as he continues to partner with the corporate world.

The rapper has also mastered the art of being a superstar. From dating one of the most beautiful girl in the country to posting scandalous messages on the inter-webs.

In as much as uplifting others is concerned, Holy Ten is pushing artists like Bling 4 through his record label Samanga Sounds.

Others may want to argue that he is not yet well established but Holy Ten is now one of the biggest artist in the music industry with huge and loyal fan-base.

One music fan argued that Holy Ten might soon be the Winky D of Zim Hip Hop if he continues to work hard like he is doing.

With seven nominations at the Zim Hip Hop Awards, the year 2022 has been amazing for Holy Ten and he continues to set the pace.
