Award winning Hip Hop artiste Asaph, real name Tafadzwa Tarukwana, will make his debut as a radio personality this evening as he joins Skyz Metro FM.
The Good Times Anthem hit-maker will be on air every Friday from 9pm to midnight on his new show called Good Times Fridays which is aimed at celebrating upcoming artistes and club DJs whom he will be profiling on the show.
In an interview with The ZimTainment, the Mambo hit-maker said he felt excited and nervous at the same time.
“I am feeling excited and nervous at the same time. It is a huge platform and I feel I have a huge responsibility to the city to deliver good vibes every Friday,” he said.
Asaph further said the move is an added credit to his brand and he will get to show off his amazing taste in good music.
“I am already a music brand, and so radio feels perfect for me also because I can grow an audience around the show that could end up being my personal audience in the future,” said Asaph.
Asaph will be hosting the show with Khaya Drastic and will be replacing Mjox who is now on the Vuka Vuka breakfast show.
