High flying Dancehall chanter Winky D has won the Best Male Artist – Southern Africa for his hit song Happy Again at the AFRIMA Awards held last night in in Dakar, Senegal.
Winky D was nominated in the same category with Kabza De Small, Zakes Bantwini, Master KG, Focalistic, A – Reece, Gemini Major, DJ Tarico, Blxckie and Muskerteers.
The Gaffa is currently riding high after the release of his latest album Eureka Eureka which has been toping YouTube charts for the past two weeks.
Winky D took to social media to thank his fans for the support and love that they have showed him.

The AFRIMA Awards are the biggest annual music awards in Africa and they celebrate and recognize different creatives in music around Africa.
