Yesterday Reason shocked the South African nation and Africa at large after he announced the launch of his upcoming single track called ‘Reazus Christ is coming’. Reason has been criticized by many people including religious institutions as well as the media. Some say he has demolished other people’s faith in Christianity by pulling such a stunt.
Other commentators have suggested that his move is similar to that of the American rappers Jay Z & Kanye West who call themselves Jayhova & Yeezus Christ respectively and it is a marketing strategy. Other Christian commentators purported that his move is unholy and might be linked to the illuminati secret society which is anti-christ. Lol I think Reason akuti jairira, no one has pulled such a stunt in Africa, maybe arikuda kuita a legend in African rap but still with this stunt here amana. The artwork of his latest single track which is due to be released on Friday has an image of Jesus wearing dark shades and holding two naked girls on his shoulders. Like seriously guys, what kind of stupidity is this?
When called for a comment on the ANN7 News Channel, Reason said that his intention was not to hurt anyone or any organization. He also said that he expected some people to freak out about the issue. Reason has now changed his instagram name to Reazus and it seems as if he is not regretting any of this.
