High-flying Bulawayo rapper, Asaph, is set to take his act to Unplugged Zimbabwe in Harare tomorrow at a show that is headlined by South Africa’s songstress Shekhinah.
Asaph who has topped the ZiFM Stereo music charts with his monster hit, Mambo will be the first Bulawayo rapper to perform at Unplugged Zimbabwe, setting a pace for many rappers around the country who have not yet graced that stage.
The award-winning rapper has a chance to show Zimbabweans what he can offer, as many of his fans from Harare and other parts of the country have only heard him on radio and have never seen him perform.
Having performed at Lake July Festival recently, Unplugged Zimbabwe will probably on of the biggest stages that Asaph has ever performed.
After topping the charts for a month now, Asaph is probably carrying the pressure of proving that he is actually the king, as alluded by his hit track Mambo.
Other artists who are going to perform at Unplugged Zimbabwe include; Reverb 7, Tamy Moyo, TK Beats, Magitare Live, Buhle, Those Guys Vacho and Trill Angel.
